The title comes from the manner in which this piece was recorded and filmed: unforeseen delays make us an hour late to a 2.5 hour studio booking, I get a parking ticket as we unload our gear, I sweat profusely as I run back from parking the car, a camera disaster causes us to lose our entire B-roll of film, and all the while I worry that I’m not going finish in time to teach my first lesson of the day and cope with the nagging feeling that it’s all a waste of time anyway. This is what I played, this is what that sounds like.
